The branch's home is a 1906 Carnegie library featuring stained-glass archways supported by freestanding columns, two tiled fireplaces and a vaulted, stained-glass ceiling. The building is undergoing renovations through approximately October 2011. During the renovation, bookmobile service will be offered at the following times:

Mon 11 am–4 pm at 8th Street and Sixth Avenue
Tues 11 am–4 pm at Seventh Avenue and 6th Street
Wed 1–6 pm at 8th Street and Sixth Avenue
