Instituto Cervantes is a nonprofit organization created by the Spanish government in 1991. Its mission is to promote the teaching of Spanish, and to contribute to the advancement of the culture of Spanish-speaking countries. Its three 10-week class terms for children, pre-teens and teens take place in fall, winter and spring. The summer term is made up of one-week summer camps, with five three-hour sessions Monday through Friday.
