This program engages participants of all ages in a roster of studio art, family-designed gallery tours and live music and dance performances, inspired by the museum’s permanent collection and changing exhibitions. Free refreshments are included.

The museum focuses on contemporary art, both from the museum's own collection and on loan. The collection also includes World's Fair memorabilia and works about New York City. The museum's Panorama of the City of New York, a 9,335-square-foot model of the five boroughs commissioned by Robert Moses for the 1964 New York World's Fair. The Panorama features detailed replicas of every single building updated as of 1992.

Ongoing Students view the museum's famed Panorama of the Big Apple and then retreat to the studio where they create their own communities using blocks and their imaginations.
Neustadt Collection of Tiffany Glass Tour and Workshop
Ongoing Students discover Louis Comfort Tiffany's immense influence on decorative arts by touring the Tiffany exhibition. Participating in storytelling, hands-on activities catering to the developmentally disabled and crafting projects, kids learn how decorative arts can change the world.
Ongoing After touring the famous panorama of New York City, students fashion their own cityscapes out of various materials in this educational and fun workshop.
