The lessons on NYCkidsARTS are designed so that they can be enjoyed by everyone. They may be used with or without making a trip to the cultural organizations that provided the plans. Furthermore, no specialists are required for the lessons.
However, the Alliance encourages you to take full advantage of what these cultural organizations have to offer and round out your students' experience by including a trip to an arts organization, or if a group offers it, arrange for it to come to your school.
