NYC Arts: The Complete Guide to Art and Culture

Attention, Teachers: School Program Updates

These organizations have recently updated their school program information on NYCkidsARTS so that they can share their specialty with your students—such as Shakespeare plays, Chinese calligraphy and flamenco music and dance—as well as hands-on activities that support your lesson plans in social studies, math, science and more. When you book your visit, ask if there are study materials available to prepare for or follow up your class experience.

Many cultural organizations on NYCkidsARTS describe education activities in the Schools/Groups section of their profile. Programs might include tours, workshops and special in-school or on-site performances. Descriptions about educational outreach include maximum group size, fees and who to contact at the organization.

School Programs can also be searched at any time on the calendar of NYCkidsARTS.

A selection of the latest updates will be featured on this page monthly.
