The extensive reference collection includes periodicals, newspapers and electronic services. A meeting room often used for library programs seats 70. The branch's location, in the Bartow Shopping Center, makes the library a very popular resource for community residents and contributes to its being one of the busiest branches in the Bronx.

The library has a small circulating collection of descriptive videos for the blind and visually impaired; a Personal Reading Machine; computer screen magnification software, and a Closed-Circuit Television Enlarger.
