    3-Legged Dog's Lower Manhattan headquarters was utterly destroyed on Sept. 11, 2001. Shortly after, the group vowed to rebuild, and in August 2002 it announced construction of its new home: the 3LD Art & Technology Center, at 80 Greenwich Street. The complex provides complete production and presentation facilities for emerging and established artists, including a 200-seat theater, rehearsal space, digital editing suites, as well as a gallery.

    Young people from the Clinton neighborhood are introduced to the business and craft of theater production by The 52nd Street Project with playwriting workshops, classes and mentoring opportunities with members of the Broadway community.
