    FAB (Fourth Arts Block) was founded in 2001 to establish and advance the East 4th Street Cultural District, between Second Avenue and the Bowery. The district is home to more than a dozen arts groups, 10 cultural facilities and 17 performances and rehearsal venues.

  • Five Angels Theater

    Manhattan

    The 150-seat theater is a flexible, black-box space with state-of the art lighting and sound technology. There is a luxurious lobby featuring a concessions bar, seating areas, restrooms, a gallery and a terrace that can be used for events. There are two rehearsal rooms, one that can be converted into additional lobby space.

  • Flamboyan Theater

    Manhattan

    Located in the Clemente Soto Velez Cultural and Educational Center, this theater space is available to the community. Flex theater space with a maximum capacity of 74.

  • Flea Theater

    Manhattan

    The Flea's resident company, the Bats, mounts four to six productions each year. The venue is also rented by outside theater groups six to eight times yearly.

    Flea Theater

    Manhattan

    The Flea Theater, under the leadership of artistic director Jim Simpson and producing director Carol Ostrow, is one of New York's leading Off Off Broadway companies. Established in 1996, the Flea is the winner of numerous Obie Awards, an Otto Award and a special Drama Desk Award for outstanding achievement.
