Official NYC Information Center–Times Square

The Times Square Information Center is in the landmark Embassy Movie Theatre on Seventh Avenue, between 46th and 47th Streets. Brochures, guides and maps (including multilingual print materials) with information on a variety of museums, performances, events and other institutions throughout New York City are found here.

Official NYC Information Kiosk—Chinatown

Manhattan

Daily: 10 am-6 pm

The Official NYC Information Center in Chinatown provides visitors with material on attractions and restaurants within Chinatown, as well as information about the rest of New York City. The multilingual staff will provide visitors with assistance and print materials, such as maps and brochures.

Official NYC Information Kiosk—City Hall

Mon-Fri: 9 am-6 pm

Sat & Sun and holidays: 10 am-5 pm

In the heart of downtown Manhattan, the Official NYC Information Kiosk at City Hall is staffed by friendly information specialists who are pleased to answer questions from visitors. Maps, brochures and other print materials with information about New York City events and sights are available. This Information Center focuses on providing information on the surrounding downtown area, but also has resources on all of New York City. The kiosk is across the street from the famous Woolworth Building skyscraper and a hop-on, hop-off sightseeing bus stop. Nearby are the electronic shops along Park Row, St. Paul's Chapel and Ground Zero.

Tavern on the Green Visitor & Gift Shop

Manhattan

Visitors can learn about park attractions and tours and step out on its WiFi-enabled patio and have a bite to eat at the gourmet outdoor food court. Visitors can also learn about New York City attractions through interactive kiosks and large-screen television monitors. The center is open daily 10 am-5 pm.
