Queens
Behind the Screen, the museum’s core interactive exhibition, features more than 1,400 artifacts, commissioned art works, video clips and interactive exhibits that show how moving images are made, marketed and exhibited. Family matinees and workshops take place every weekend.

The museum has a collection of 150,000 programs—including newscasts, public affairs programs, documentaries, performing arts programs, comedy and variety shows, sports, children's programming and commercial advertising—covering television and radio history.
Brooklyn
Through the Global Youth Media Arts Program, youth ages 10-18 use their own lives and communities as a platform to examine a global theme—Immigration and Identity—using visual arts, performance and media.
